1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Perkins, LLC, 5901-B Peachtree Dunwoody Rd NE, Suite 450, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its franchisees, affiliates, and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins September 30th, 2026, 2:30PM, EST and ends October 15th 2026, 11:59PM, EST, ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter. Submit a valid email address and Perkins location via https://mahjong.perkinsrestaurants.com/ during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, or entries made using multiple email addresses, automated means, or false information, will be disqualified.
5. Prize. Seven (7) winner(s) will receive one (1) Perkins-branded mahjong kit (approximate retail value: $465 USD). There will be no cash substitution or transfer of prize.
6. Winner Selection & Odds. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 16, 2026. Entering does not guarantee a win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release.
8. Privacy. Information collected will be used to administer this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://perkinsrestaurants.com/privacy-policy. Entrants will not receive marketing emails unless they separately opt in.
9. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.
